Conserving Energy, is the only way forward, to save our future

With World Energy conservation Day, just around the corner, it is our prime responsibility, to find out ways to conserve energy and have a regular follow up, for the same. With our focus changing every day, it is really difficult to be consistent on our path. So days like energy conservation and similar other days, do a good job of putting people on the path.

Most individuals realize their responsibility and are doing a commendable job. But at the same time, recklessness still reigns supreme. 90% of individuals are indifferent to these terms and it is really important, the majority of us, pitch in and work towards safeguarding our future. 

Some of the efforts we can follow for this,

Apart from reducing the consumption by taking conscious efforts, we need to make sure the green cover is adequate enough to counteract the many different, ventures taken up by humans in various forms. 

Switching to recycled items, too, can help a great deal in conserving the environment, and thereby reducing the energy required. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, is the best policy here. Going solar, is another way, going forward. In fact, some organizations, or even using biogas for their internal needs. 

Bio-gas is a wonderful initiative, which uses human waste, to produce Gas for which can be used as energy for various purposes. The Art of Living, Akshaya Patra, TVS, Infosys and Dera Sacha Sauda are some of the organizations using Bio-Gas for their needs. Dera Sacha Sauda for one, is powering an entire campus, with bio-Gas in fact, one of the Films made by Dera chief, Baba Ram Rahim,  has attempted in educating the masses about t whole process, by using both human and animal waste, and they actually built the whole village, for the set of the Film, which is used by the people for accommodation. They even entered themselves, in Guinness Book of world records for the same. In fact, Dera Sacha Sauda has created numerous records for largest Tree plantation, by their followers in a single day, by planting more than 35 million trees. 

The future holds a promise, with quite a few numbers of spirited individuals and organizations, taking up the cause of energy conservation. These efforts need to be conducted at a bigger and faster pace though.
